Hotel Hare Uta, Hanga Roa

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with stunning views over the pool and spa area, though some room upgrades would be nice. The air conditioning was efficient, and the gathering room was a cozy spot to relax. The service was outstanding, especially Tito, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location provided multiple sitting areas and a lovely view, though some areas were unused. The dining options were satisfactory, with delicious freshly baked pastries. Overall, a comfortable stay with room for improvements.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and spread across three lodges, with efficient air conditioning that I could control as needed. The common area added a nice touch for socializing and relaxing. The bed was comfortable, and having a double sink was convenient. On the downside, the location, while beautiful with exotic plants and roaming chickens, was far from the city and close to the airport. The service was a mix: accommodating and friendly but slightly unprofessional at times. The dining experience was a delight with freshly baked pastries and a variety of breakfast options. The facilities met all my needs with good amenities on-site.
